Soldotna lodging at its finest for small groups and couples. The Perch is our newest unit built upstairs from our new processing house and gift shop. Everything is brand new and meticulously designed. It will feel more like an upscale condo than a Kenai River lodge. This hard to find one bedroom has nearly everything you could want for your family’s Alaska stay.

Everything you need in your Soldotna lodging for your ultimate Alaska trip. Whether you are on the Kenai Peninsula to fish and tour the area, or you are here to see the sights and take in some adventure, Big Dan’s Riverfront Lodge is here for you! The brand-new, one-bedroom Perch has two, comfortable queen size beds. Everything is immaculate and full equipped with all the dishes, cookware, utensils and major appliances you need to cook any or all of your meals. Television and a comfortable sofa make up the living area to rest and relax for a bit after a full day of exploring the Kenai Peninsula. Seating for three at the breakfast bar is where you can enjoy meals, or you may prefer the picnic tables under the gazebo on our riverfront decks to take in the view.
You have access to the full property amenities that include fishing gear, fishing platforms and fish processing room. Big Dan’s Riverfront Lodge is centrally located right in the heart of Soldotna near everything! DIY fishing is great right from our lodge when the salmon are running. And we can help set you up with one of our ocean charters or river guided trips.
